Hello again world! The past few months have been soooo….. hectic, fun, insane, bizarre, surprising, chaotic, entertaining, strange, humorous…. oh my, does the list go on. It’s pretty much been a madhouse! Maybe that is a better explanation! Well first on my blogging agenda, I want to thank all of my AWESOME customers. You guys rock! I cannot believe how incredibly supportive you all have been. I don’t even know how to thank you enough! Seriously, give yourselves a pat on the back for your awesomeness!! Truly, you have all been amazing and I had such a great time meeting you all and working with you.

Okay, enough with the being sappy. I just want to give a little warning about vista print and my phone situation. I’ve been having up to 8 calls a day from telemarketers. The caller ID shows the same number every time, however they ask for random things…whether or not my business accepts credit cards, or if I know the whereabouts of (insert any random name here), the person in charge of (insert any random name here) estate. They fill up my voicemail/message box when they call and they call so often that I cannot keep up with deleting their 39 voicemails they leave every time they call. The first message will be someone talking, and then the remaining 38 sound like a fax machine. I googled the number and found many other distressed people with this same problem. Apparently we all have one thing in common – we purchased business cards from vista print. Vista print must sell their customers’ phone numbers. I just wanted to give you a heads up in case you were thinking about purchasing anything from them. I don’t know for sure if they are the actual culprit, but it seems to be the general consensus from everyone. Have any of you had this problem? If so, would you mind sharing how you took care of the situation? (Blocking the number itself doesn’t do the trick because the number that appears on the caller ID is just the fake “face number”)

This is Ashley (I believe she is now currently overseas and will be there for awhile). Since this was the last opportunity to get a family photo until she comes back, her mom worked hard to organize the session. We took the family photo, and then ended up playing with some of her gear that her mom got her to bring along with her. I really like how they turned out! These were my favorites:

         

 

“Bah Humbug” – I don’t think so!!

Holy cow Muscatine! I just want to say, “Thank you thank you thank you!!!”. Christmas season this year was INSANE! November and December have officially qualified as my busiest months EVER! Your response to the Christmas special was outstanding, and greatly appreciated! I had SOOOO much fun working with everyone. I met many new people and had some very memorable (totally hilarious!!) experiences from the Christmas sessions. You all are the reasons why I love my job. You keep it interesting and fun! It is worth the long hours that run into the wee hours of the night! Now I need to find time to get caught up with the blog. Here goes………….

I would like to introduce the cutest kitty ever – Sully. If you have checked out the pet section of the website, then you have seen his cute little mug already. Sully is adorable and reluctantly allows me to express the crazy cat lady within! Hopefully you’ll be seeing a Valentine’s photo of this little guy in about a month. I’ll at least share the outtakes if he doesn’t feel like cooperating that day!

Hello again! So I’ve been SERIOUSLY slacking at keeping up with the blog already!! Well here is the scoop: we just got back from visiting family in Colorado. We got to see cousin Emily’s new baby. So cute! ANDDDDDDDD we went into the mountains at Estes Park and took some pictures. It is so cool out there. Well I will post a couple of photos from our trip and get in gear with sharing some session photos!!! Have a great day!

Hello World!

Hello everyone! If you are reading this then you have seen my SWEET new website. I’m still trying to work out the kinks, but I think it is coming along fantabulously! While working on the new website I finally caved in and succumbed to the world of blogging.
